Small business

There are three great examples of social media for small businesses:

1. Blogs: these allow small businesses can express their feelings and show what products the business is talking about.

2. Technorati: This is a great use for small businesses because it shows the greater opinions of the whole business side of things.

3. Twitter: The use of Twitter is key to small businesses having success, especially as they start out. It allows the company to gain interest in the social media world and allow them to have many followers quickly.
This short sentence was a post by one of my wonderful teammates who posted about Blogs:

3. Short and concise information making it easy to read and follow for users.

This short entry discusses just how easy Blogs can be used and how a company or individual can get their point and information across to numerous outlets. Multiple Choice-C is a blog that understands how blogs can be used and he uses his own blog very effectively, while keeping his post short and to the point, just as he says in his post.

Small Business Marketing

For a small business, audience reach is possibly the most important thing. Three easy tools for small businesses to increase their image to the public are Facebook, Twitter and a Blog.

Facebook:

This is a realm that seemingly all businesses are already familiar with and devote at least one position to. Facebook allows the business to have friends and people that like what they offer, whether it be a service or product.

Twitter:

This allows a business to give up to the minute, updates about topics they feel are important to give to their followers.

Blog:

A blog, allows a business to expand on their updates that they have posted through Facebook and Twitter; and since you're reading this it obviously works.
