Firms can use a tiny URL as a great tool. A tiny URL can be used for publications such as press releases or articles in print. By using a tiny URL the firm can save money based on the print size of the article or advertisement by taking up less space. A tiny URL also requires less time from the viewer; due to it's decreased size it allows the viewer to copy down the website much quicker.
Embedding a video helps a company draw on other sources with visual aspects. This allows the firm to use resources other than their own. Editing a Wikipedia page also helps the firm by keeping the information under control.
These tools along with others really do help firms with their everyday business.
